About
I’m a data scientist at Equilibrium Energy living in Berlin, Germany.
My professional interests include (probabilistic) machine learning, open/reproducible science, ML fairness, and research engineering. I’m primarily interested in building data products that are useful for people and for mitigating the effects of climate change.
I have many interests (dance music, film) and hobbies (chess, skiing, bouldering, ping pong) and I’m bad at all of them.

AI skepticism
I am a luddite and an “AI” skeptic and believe that the field is rife with overhype and fraudsters. There are good uses for AI, but 99% of the time it’s used for evil.
